This is to save time and you don\u2019t have to export each record individually thereby reducing manual effort. This option is supported by Click2Export. You can select multiple records from the entity grid and click the Click2Export ribbon button.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18255\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Export-Multiple-Records-in-Single-Report-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1148\" height=\"412\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this case, you will find a new option available \u2013 <strong>\u2018Selection Mode\u2019<\/strong>. This has two supported options <strong>\u2018Per Record\u2019<\/strong> and <strong>\u2018Combine\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you want to generate one report per record, then you have to choose the <strong>\u2018Per Record\u2019<\/strong> option. However, if you want the data of multiple records to be exported in a single report, then you have to choose the <strong>\u2018Combine\u2019<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For \u2018Per Record\u2019 option one report is exported per selected record:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18257\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Export-Multiple-Records-in-Single-Report-1.png\" alt=\"Export Multiple Records in Single Report\" width=\"614\" height=\"616\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Attach as Note<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The file attached against the primary record.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Attach to a new email<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This will create one new email with the template selected in Choose Template per selected record and attach the respective exported file to the email. You can automatically send the Email with the Auto Send Email option and select the sender, receiver, CC and BCC of the Email in Email Section.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Upload to SharePoint<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This will help you to upload the exported file on SharePoint.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Download<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This will make all the exported file available for download one after the other.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For \u2018Combine\u2019 option only one report is exported which includes all the selected records.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18257\" style=\"border: 1px solid #0a0a0a; padding: 1px; margin: 1px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.inogic.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/Export-Multiple-Records-in-Single-Report-2.png\" alt=\"Export Multiple Records in Single Report\" width=\"614\" height=\"616\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Attach to a new email<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This will create a new email and attach the exported file to the email template selected in the Choose Template option. It will present the draft email window for you to further edit and send the mail. You can also automatically send the email with the Auto Send Email option and select the sender, receiver, CC and BCC of the email in Email Section.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Download <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This will make the exported file available for download.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thus, with this feature of Click2Export, you can generate a report with multiple records.
