Below are the mentioned steps required to configure and do license registration of Attach2Dynamics within your Dynamics 365 CRM.<\/p>\n

Configuring Attach2Dynamics:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1)<\/strong> After importing the solution, Attach2Dynamics will be available in the list of imported solutions.<\/p>\n

Navigate to Settings -> Solutions<\/strong>\"Configuring<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0<\/strong>Attach2Dynamics will be available under Attach2Dynamics<\/strong> App under My Apps<\/strong>. Click on License Registration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> The following window will open.<\/p>\n

\"License\"<\/p>\n

4)<\/strong> Enter the details: First Name, Last Name, Main Phone <\/strong>(Phone Number), Email, Company Name, Website.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In CRM Details<\/strong>, CRM URL<\/strong> (the URL of CRM environment you are using), Organization <\/strong>(Organization instance for your environment), CRM Version <\/strong>(Version of CRM you are using) and User License <\/strong>(Number of users for whom the license has to be issued) will be automatically populated.<\/p>\n

5)<\/strong> In case you want to notify any user about any issue concerning licensing you need to fill the Notification Details<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n

\"Notification\"<\/p>\n

From: <\/strong>The CRM user who has email configured and can be used to send emails.<\/p>\n

To: <\/strong>The user to whom the email has to be sent.<\/p>\n

Notify to Inogic: <\/strong>If this is checked then, an Account will be created<\/strong> in your CRM with name \u201cInogic<\/strong>\u201d and email address as crm@inogic.com<\/a>.<\/strong> The notification email will also be sent to Inogic at crm@inogic.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Notification Interval: <\/strong>How often to do you want to send the notification email before the issue gets resolved: Once a Day <\/strong>or Once a week <\/strong>or Once a month.<\/strong><\/p>\n

License Registration:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1)<\/strong> After filling the Details click \u2018ACTIVATE\u2019<\/strong> for activating the Trial Version for 15 days<\/strong>. The license is issued based on the details filled in the CRM Details section.<\/p>\n

\"Configuring<\/p>\n

If you want to purchase or extend the trial, click \u2018SEND REQUEST,\u2019 <\/strong>which will redirect you to an email along with details entered in the License Registration section. This email needs to be sent to us so that we can process the request. In case you are unable to activate the license, you can complete the registration through the \u2018License Registration using (*.lic) file\u2019 <\/strong>section.<\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Steps to complete License registration through *.lic<\/strong> file:<\/p>\n

a) Once the configuration window pops up on the screen, click \u2018Choose File\u2019<\/strong> to locate the file with the extension .lic<\/strong><\/p>\n

b) Select the file from the window and then click on \u2018Open\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Next, click \u2018Register\u2019 <\/strong>to complete the License Registration.<\/p>\n
