Security Roles for Round Robin Routing & Assign

In this document you will learn about the different security roles assigned in Round Robin Routing & Assign solutions.

This solution has the following two security roles:

1. Round Robin Routing & Assign Administrator – The Round Robin Routing & Assign Administrator is given the privilege for License Registration and for Assignment Configuration. The user having ‘Round Robin Routing & Assign Administrator’ role can create Assignment Configuration and Assignment Rules.
2. Round Robin Routing & Assign User – This security role is to be assigned to all the users who are present in the automated assignment process.

Note: System Administrator has all the rights that Round Robin Routing & Assign administrator has.
