With this upcoming new feature, you will be given the provision to use DocuSign to electronically sign your documents/attachments stored in SharePoint.
As you know DocuSign is a widely known eSignature app that enables you to sign and annotate documents in different formats like PDF, Word, Excel, Images, Text and so on.
But how does SharePoint Security Sync come into the picture?
Suppose you have installed SharePoint Security Sync in your CRM and have stored many confidential documents in SharePoint site with the help of our easy to use user interface (UI). Now there arises a scenario where you have to renew a contract with one of your customers. For this, you have to electronically sign the new contract and send it to your customer for their signature. In such a case, with this additional feature you can simply use our UI, select the contract you want to sign and just click on ‘DocuSign’ button embedded in the ribbon. In this way, you can easily sign and send that contract to your customer without having to navigate from one UI to other.
So, on one hand you can ensure same level of security for all your confidential documents stored in SharePoint and on the other hand you can also avail the benefits of DocuSign using the same user-friendly UI. Thus, it will smoothen your way by providing you all the benefits in one place and help you to cut short on time and effort that is required to complete the business process.
